Morris Designs was an idea that popped into my head a few years ago, I always wanted to learn to sew and design but didn't have the funds to go to University to study so after one crash course lesson , YouTube and a few books I have been slowly teaching myself and I enjoy every minute of it!.

I began Embroidering after realising there was a huge market for personalised items  and believed I could provide the best quality  in the area, so after convincing my husband to invest in an Embroidery Machine Morris Makes was born.

Being able to work around my two children and do a job a love is wonderful and I feel so lucky, I am able to work hard and hopefully grow the business in a sustainable and gradual way. Its hard work but I know eventually it will be worth it.

Its not easy but I know with your help I can do it! So please look at my store , buy & comment on how you think I could do better! I appreciate everyone's views and opinions!

Thank you for reading!

I have high hopes for this company and brand, I aim to provide the highest quality unique handmade baby & child’s clothing from new born – 8 Years. Each of my designs are handmade by myself in the UK to the highest standard with the best quality fabrics.

There will be limited edition garments that will come with a certificate of authentication & packaged beautifully I will only be making a few of these very special editions from high quality organic fabrics and they will be truly unique.

I run a sustainability programme and any items that your child has outgrown if you return to myself, I offer 15% off code to be used against future purchases, I will then wash and make more garments out of the fabric returned, therefore reducing the amount ending in landfill.

My vision is to have a completely UK based company , sourcing and purchasing UK produced fabrics , employing in the UK and stocking in small UK independent boutiques.
